"For Men - Suggested wardrobe for SAS air travel"
1 Topcoat - Made water repellant if possible, and of a dark color to be more versatile.
1 Plastic Raincoat
1 Pair of Rubbers - Folding type
2 Suits - One light and one dark.
1 Sport Jaket
1 Pair of slacks
1 Sweather - A long-leeved pullover for winter climates; in warmer spheres, a slevless one.
6 Shirts - Suggest two of these be in the new synthetic wonder fabries.
1 Woolen sport shirt - For cool climates, a long sleeved one for warmth. For warmer country resorts, colored cotton shirts.
4 Cotton undershirts - or 2 nylon
4 Cotton undershorts - or 2 nylon.
6 Ties - one of which should be black.
12 Handkerchiefs
6 Pairs of socks - One of black.
1 Pair of Garters
2 Pairs of Pajamas
1 Robe and slippers - Choose a warm, woolen robe for cold regions. Otherwise, a robe in foulard or a synthetie will double for pool use.
- Belt
- Gloves - One warm pair if required.
- Shaving kit - make sure you take the necessary plugs and converter for electric shaver overseas
- Scarf
- Jewelery and jewelery case
1 Bathing suit- It will dry quickly if of nylon. In Portugal, a colplete suit is required, and not trunks only. But a T-shirt should do the trick.
