Marsans travel group, which owns Air Comet and Aerolineas Argentinas, said on Thursday it had signed a contract with Airbus to buy 73 planes, four of them Airbus's new A380 superjumbo.
The purchase of the four A380s is the first order of the superjumbo from Spain. The four will be split equally between Air Comet and Aerolineas Argentinas, which is over 90 percent owned by Marsans.
