Sales Manager Oslo, Norway
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Sales Manager. This will be an exciting opportunity for a candidate interested in pursuing corporate and leisure traffic for our new station opening in Oslo, Norway. This important position will be responsible for creating and capitalizing on new and existing Corporate and Leisure revenue production opportunities from Norway and Sweden plus other offline Scandinavian countries. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing Corporate and Leisure sales plans and programs designed to maximize Corporate and leisure revenue POS Norway and Sweden. Measurements of success include regularly evaluating performance against stated objectives. Successful candidate will also be able to allocate resources among distribution channels and other revenue sources to secure maximum revenue return as well as manage the Company’s compensation plan for travel agents.
Minimum Requirements:
• University degree from an accredited college in Business Administration or
related field or 4 years of equivalent business experience.
• Two years Corporate sales experience in an international airline
environment.
• Ability to develop, implement and analyze an effective business plan
designed to achieve departmental and account sales goals.
• Proven leadership skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
• Demonstrated strong contract negotiation, relationship building skills and
ability to work alone.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Internet savvy.
• Must be fluent (oral and written) in English, Norwegian and preferably other
Scandinavian languages.
• Must be eligible to work in country for which applying
