12.2 millioner passasjerer i januar, opp fra 11.8 samme måned i fjor. Belegget er ned 2pp til 89%, dog delvis pga deres krig mot ymse OTAer, som på kort sikt går utover salget.

The deal will also guarantee TUI customers that their correct contact and payment info is provided to Ryanair, ensuring that they have direct access to their myRyanair account and receive important flight information straight to their email.

Ryanair breaks ground for €130m training center in Poland's Kraków

Slated for completion by 2025, the project aims to train up to 500 pilots and cabin and ground crew daily and is expected to create 150 new jobs.

"Over the next two years, we will invest about USD 100 million, converting this potato field into Europe's most modern pilot and cabin crew training center," Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary said during a ceremony at the construction site on Thursday.

The initial phase, featuring six simulators, is due to be completed in the first half of next year, with full operational capacity expected in the subsequent months.

O'Leary also announced the center's comprehensive training capabilities, catering to pilots, cabin crew, ground handlers and administrative staff.

The facility will boast 10 flight simulators, including Poland's first Boeing 737-8200 "Gamechanger" simulators, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
 
Ryanair kunne i årets andre kvartal (som er deres Q1 regnskapsmessig) melde om et overskudd etter skatt på €360 mill, ned 46% fra i fjor. Som BU662 kommenterte i Norwegians resultattråd, så er problemet at passasjerene betaler mindre, selv om det er flere av dem. Og når da kostnadene øker, og inntektene forblir uendret, så går overskuddet ned. Så aksjen var kreftig ned i dag.

Dog lider de ingen nød, gjelden er lav, kassen full, og de driver både med utbytter og tilbakekjøp av aksjer.

Cash renner tydeligvis inn, så de starter et nytt tilbakekjøpsprogram av aksjer på €800 mill.
 
MOL melder i dag at risikoen for en tosifret nedgang i gjennomsnittlige billettpriser for selskapets andre regnskapsår ser ut til å ha forsvunnet. Fem prosent ned er det som nå anslås.
