Network: initially operate from Jeju to Incheon, Busan, Daegu and Cheongju and then from Jeju to Gwangju, Ulsan, Wonju and Yangyang at a later stage. Also considering short-haul international destinations, including China and Japan;
Fleet: five aircraft with a capacity of 70 to 120 passengers. Selecting aircraft type by end-June 2005;
Fares: 30% below fares charged by Korean Air and Asiana Airlines;
Start-up capital: KRW10 billion from Aekyung Group and KRW5 billion from the Provincial Government.
