Iron Maiden starter jo sin nye Tour i år, Somewhere Back In Time World Tour 2008, og Astraeus skal fly dem, med sin Boeing 757-23A, G-OJIB (msn 24292)...

22 juli blir den nok å se på Værnes, og 24 juli er det rimelig å anta at den kommer til å stå på OSL...

...men det havnet ikke på Iron Maiden sin hjemmeside før igår...

Plane spotting just became cool...

It was always slightly less nerdy than trainspotting, but now plane spotting just became pretty damn cool.

The Maiden plane (as yet un-named of course!) is out of the paint shop and currently in service with Astraeus, flying from Gatwick and around Africa and the Middle East!

The plane still needs it's name, and maybe a little more artwork, but other than that everything's ready to go and Maiden depart the UK on January 30th - more details to come. For fans who want to catch a look at the plane, we'll post arrival and departure times on the web once the tour kicks off.
