IAG kunne presentere et driftsresulatet på cirka €2 mrd i årets tredje kvartal. +15% opp fra i fjor, med bedre marginer og god driv i det transatlanstiske markedet.

International Airlines Group (IAG) has published its full year results for 2024, posting record annual operating profits of €4.4 billion.

The figure is up on the €3.5 billion recorded in 2023 – which was itself a record – and revenues were also up 9% to €32.1 billion.

Member carrier British Airways made an operating profit of just over €2 billion last year, significantly up on the €1.3 billion in 2023, while the group’s Spanish businesses posted profits of €1.4 billion, and the IAG Loyalty division also recorded increased profits of €420 million (up 14.4%).
