Condor (DE, Frankfurt International) completed its transition to an all-Airbus fleet on November 5, 2025, when it retired the last B757-300s, as previously planned. The next step will be the phase-out of the remaining A320ceo family aircraft by 2029, a year later than previously planned, and a rollover to an all-neo fleet, which over time could also include the A321-200NY(XLR).

| Starting on April 1, 2026, Condor will connect Frankfurt (FRA) and London Gatwick (LGW) with three daily flights. This marks the first time that the British capital has become part of Condor's network.

Starting December 2025, Condor will once again operate weekly nonstop flights from Düsseldorf (DUS) to Sulaymaniyah (ISU) in northern Iraq. Another destination will follow in June 2026, when Tbilisi (TBS), the capital of Georgia, joins the network with daily flights from Frankfurt (FRA).
