Seattle-based Alaska Airlines and sister carrier Horizon Air announced Tuesday that they have entered into a codeshare agreement with Icelandair and will launch a reciprocal frequent flier partnership.
Icelandair launched new service to Seattle last year, saying it would work with Alaska to connect passengers. The three the three airlines applied for the codeshare arrangement in April and won approval (pdf) in May.
