The aircraft, MSN 95060, is one of six long-range Superjet 100s that was initially earmarked for Russia's UTAir. However the carrier cancelled this order, according to Flightglobal's Fleets Analyzer database.
Comlux says the central Asian branch of its VIP airline division, Comlux KZ – based in Almaty, Kazakhstan – will use the VIP airliner for charter services following a retrofit.

http://www.ch-aviation.com/portal/news/41826-cityjet-commits-to-superjets-with-first-due-in-1q2016CityJet (WX, Dublin Int'l) has firmed up its SSJ 100-95 plans following the signing of a preliminary agreement with Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (Moscow Zhukovsky) and SuperJet International last month. The Irish carrier committed to a firm lease agreement involving fifteen SSJ 100-95s during the just-ended 2015 Dubai Airshow.
Delivery of the first airframe is scheduled for March of next year with a second due in May or June while the third and fourth will arrive in July and/or August 2016. The remaining eleven airframes will be delivered on a monthly basis during the course of 2017, CityJet chairman Pat Byrne told AIN Online.
The type is expected to complete its certification for London City operations by the end of 2016. In the interim, the twinjets, which will replace CityJet's ageing fleet of eighteen ARJ-85s, will be used for charter operations.
As part of the package, Sukhoi will produce a retrofitable winglet upgrade which should be available by the end of 2017.

Russia's Minister of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, said the first aircraft would be delivered by the end of the year.
The deal reportedly includes the possibility of establishing a joint-venture with an undisclosed third party which would see Air Leisure acquire up to forty-five SuperJets over a three-year span to transport Russian tourists to Egypt's Red Sea resorts such as Sharm el Sheikh, Marsa Alam, and Hurghada.
Should this agreement materialize, the first five planes could potentially be delivered as soon as April, with Sukhoi opening an MRO facility in Cairo Int'l to support operations within the next two years.
