Island Airlines was established in 2006 in St. Croix the United State Virgin Island. The President Trond Osthaug started the Airline after being flying for commercial Airlines for more then 8 year.
Captain Trond began his flying career in 1989 in Atlanta Georgia, since then he has accumulated more the 11000 flying hour. The passion for flying and the Caribbean prompted him to start Island Airlines. He has extensive flying experience in the Caribbean, from Santa Domingo down to Trinidad, Barbados and Margarita Island in Venezuela.
