Continental Airlines says passengers want to feel connected during flight, though that may mean different things to different people. The carrier is providing Wi-Fi access on 21 of its 757 aircraft, while also testing a service that allows free e-mail access without web-browsing capability. "Our goal is to try to understand what customers want, and what people are willing to pay for connectivity -- which is something that customers are going to be looking for in air travel," says a Continental executive.
