Cathay Pacific (CX, Hong Kong International) has issued a request for information (RFI) with a view to replacing some of its older mid-sized widebody jets with B787, A330N, or A350 types.

Cathay Pacific (CX, Hong Kong International) has firmed purchase rights for 14 additional B777-9s, upping its commitment for the type to 35 units in total. The agreement is the carrier's first deal with Boeing since 2013.
