Avion Express Philippines has received its Temporary Operating Permit (TOP) from the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), marking a major step toward launching our ACMI operations from Clark International Airport.

With passenger demand in the Philippines up 11% in Q1 2025 and the Asia-Pacific region set to be the fastest-growing aviation market over the next 20 years, our ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) model provides airlines with the flexibility to add capacity, test new routes, and cover grounded aircraft without long-term commitments.

Next stop: securing our Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the CAB.
