Selv om det ikke lenger er sommer kan man fint nyte et glass eller en flaske Chablis. Nå som Italia har gått forbi Frankrike som det største vinlandet i Norge kan jeg jo prøve meg på en fransk chablis.

Laroche Chablis 2003 til NOK 160 på Vinmonopolet. Ikke dyrt for en god hvitvin...

Denne har en fruktig og lettdrikkelig stil, fargen er middels dyp grønngul. Fruktighet med innslag av sitrus og epler, hint av gress. Kommer skrukork og det er noe vi liker...

EB! Den hvitvinen er vel da egentlig litt kjedelig? Kunne tenke meg mange andre chablis'er som er mye bedre enn denne!

Hva med Jean Marc Brocard Chablis for eksempel.

Hva er bedre enn chablis? Jo, Chablis Premier cru og Grand Cru!!

Les "Chablis Grand Cru"which are harvested solely at Chablis and Fyé, on the slopes of the right bank of the Serein, in front of the town: seven “climats”, or individual vineyards, belong to this appellation: ‘Blanchot’, ‘Bougros’, ‘les Clos’, Grenouilles’, ‘Preuses’, Valmur’ and ‘Vaudésirs’. In quality they constitute the summit of the pyramid ; production is limited to 45 hl/ha.

Kjedelig og fransk...er ikke det to sider av samme sak/smak... Denne synes jeg er veldig god - finner ikke så mye kjedsomhet i denne flasken...og JA det finnes kun franske chablis`er. Godt poeng HAT!!!
