Condor Launches Twice Weekly Non-Stop Service to Germany
Offering the only non-stop service to Germany from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Condor will soon bring business and leisure travelers alike, the opportunity to travel to Europe with a choice of 3 classes of service on B767 aircraft.
Itasca, IL , December 4, 2009—Condor Airlines resumes Fort Lauderdale to Frankfurt, Germany service with twice weekly flights on Tuesdays and Fridays beginning May 14, 2010.
“Condor is excited to offer service from Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood Int’l Airport to Frankfurt .We feel that the business as well as vacation traveler will be pleased to have an alternative to Miami International Airport. Providing connections to most German and European destinations either direct on Condor or via our interline partners, Condor strives to be the airline of choice to the Heart of Europe from the south Florida region” said Janet Gorecki-Mackanin, Condor Sales and Marketing Manager North America.
Condor’s long haul fleet consists of Boeing 767-300 ER with recently added winglets to aid in reduction of fuel consumption as well as noise emissions. Three classes of service are available with a configuration of 18 Comfort Class, 35 Premium Economy class and 217 Economy seats. Comfort Class seats have a seat pitch of 49” (125 cm) and Premium Economy of 37 “(94cm). An additional benefit for travelers is that flights flown on Condor are eligible for mileage accrual in the LH Miles and More Program which Condor participates in.
Fares start from USD375 each way and are available for immediate booking on Condor’s website www.condor.com or at any travel agency.
