Wizzair utvider sitt London nettverk når de senere i høst åpner ruter til London Southend fra Vilnius, Bucharest og Sibiu. Dette er dog ingen ny base, da det ser ut som flightene opereres til Southend fra deres respektive baser

Og Ryanair er ikke fornøyd med at Wizz kommer til Southend og svarer dem med samme mynt som Wizz gjorde mot dem i Kutaisi.

Wizz Air flyr allerede fra Bucharest til Luton og Gatwick, så med Southend blir skal med andre ord Wizz Air fly fra OTP til tre forskjellige London-flyplasser.
