A letter of interest concerning the general commercial terms of a transfer has been signed between the SAS Group and ISS. Neppe.

Operations of SGS Finland transferred to ISS Palvelut Oy

As a result of a business transfer contract signed on 1 June 2009, SGS Finland, a SAS subsidiary responsible for ground services in Finland, will be transferred to ISS Palvelut. The entire personnel of SGS Finland, totalling 334 persons, will transfer to ISS Palvelut as existing employees. The business will transfer to ISS at the beginning of July.

Videre står følgende i artikkelen:

As a result of the contract, ISS Palvelut will provide ground services that SAS and its subsidiary Blue1 require in Finland.
