On 18 May 2006, SPCP Luxembourg Sarl, an indirect
subsidiary of two funds (Silver Point Capital Fund LP, a
Delaware limited partership and Silver Point Offshore Fund
Ltd, a Cayman Islands company), both of which are managed
by Silver Point Capital LP, a Delaware company, acquired
50,000 shares of Norwegian Air Shuttle AS.
As a result of the acquisition, SPCP Luxembourg Sarl and/or
the funds referred to above own a total of 1,014,750 shares
of Norwegian Air Shuttle AS, representing 5,16% of the
outstanding voting shares in the company.
