Airbus med planer om og øke A320 produksjonen til 60 per måned

Airbus har annonsert at det vil øke produksjonen av A320 til 60 per måned. Dette vil nås i midten av 2019.
For og få dette til vil de etablere nok en final assembly line i Hamburg, hvor de fra før har to, samt begynne montere interiør og kabin på flyene som settes sammen i Toulouse der nede. Idag så flys alle A32x som lages i Toulouse opp til Hamburg for kabinmontasje

To match ongoing high demand for its bestselling A320 Family, Airbus has taken the decision to further increase the production rate of the Single Aisle Family to 60 aircraft a month in mid-2019. The decision follows thorough studies on production ramp-up readiness in the supply chain and in Airbus sites to allow the ramp-up.
