Airbus A321NEO med pitchproblemer

Høres kjent ut .. kan bli spennende å se hvordan dette utspiller seg ...

Men to vesentlige forskjeller fra MAX: Flyene holder seg i luften og Airbus har fordelen av A320 serien har fly by wire hvor flyet uansett har begrensninger i hva det kan gjøre og de slipper klatte på en ny funksjon

Airbus regner med å ha en fiks her klar først neste sommer. Samtidig tyder det på de har det under kontroll da de både vet hvilke spesielle situasjoner det oppstår og det er mulig å komme seg ut av det

No FBW nose downs or similar is commanded, it’s just the FBW doesn’t neutralize the pitch-up (like FBW using the Airbus style flight laws are supposed to do), the pilots have to do it. Airbus has assisted AESA in issuing the AD which restricts the aft CG used in operational landings until the ELAC software is updated.

Slik jeg tolker og leser det er en av årsakene bak dette Airbus sin nye «flex cabin» løsning. Litt forenklet så får de da stappet inn mer «stæsj» og komprimert både galley og doer bakerst i kabinen. Dette igjen påvirker centre of gravity.

Ja det er vel "motsatt" problem, På A321NEO griper FBW ikke inn når den skal, mens MAX griper den inn når den ikke skal..
