Default Fare rules: End-on-end permitted - Hva betyr det?

Noen med litt innsikt i billettregler etc. som kan oppdatere meg på end-on-end prinsippet? Hvilke muligheter gir det ift. separate bestillinger etc.? Jeg har forstått at det også er gunstig ift. fuel dump, men jeg kommer nok aldri til å orke å sette meg inn i det.

Har prøvd å søke litt på nettet, men ble ikke fryktelig mye klokere...
