Busybee Norway

Hei alle sammen,
I’m Tom from the Netherlands and I’ve been digging a bit into aviation history. Now i have this book for a while: Among the Big Birds you’ll always find a Busybee. As far as I can tell it’s a 15th anniversary book from Busybee (1981), but honestly… I don’t know anything else about it.

So my questions are:
– Was this something passengers were given?
– Or more like a gift/handout for relations?
– Or maybe part of inflight material?
– And are there any photos, videos, or newspaper articles from that time showing it?

I can’t seem to find any answers myself and I’ve got a million questions 😅. Maybe someone here knows more, or has a contact person who does? Feel free to message me — any help is super welcome!

Cheers,
Tom

As far as I remember it was put into seat pockets as an "inflight magazine" for a short period on charters, possibly when BS rebranded from Air Executive back to Busy Bee. It could be that it also was a giveaway for staff and business relations.
It was a kind of an oversight of the company's history in cartoon form by the magnificent Sturk, I remember it as pretty hilarious...
I have blamed myself all since then for not "taking care" of one of them.

I think we have a member on this forum that was a pilot there in that period of time, but I don't know if he is active any more. If so, it is possible that he could shed some light on this.

I found my copy in the seatpocket during a regular military charter service between the northern and southern part of Norway.
