Jeg vet ikke om noen av dere har prøvd easyGroups hotellkonsept easyHotel. Men her er i alle fall noen høydepunkter fra FAQ-delen på kjedens nettsider:
I don’t have a working printer - what do I do?
All customers must be able to produce a print out of their booking confirmation. If you do not have access to a printer when you make your booking you can come back to My Information > My Bookings at www.easyHotel.com at your convenience and print out your booking confirmation once you have access to a printer. Some internet cafes or retail business centres offer printing facilities for a fee but please note that easyInternetcafe, the sister company of easyHotel, does not offer printing.
Can I hang my clothes up in the room?
This information is specific to the hotel. Please see Our Hotels and select the hotel you are interested in.
Do I have to clean my own room?
No. All rooms are cleaned prior to your arrival. Housekeeping service during your stay is an optional extra at a cost of £10 - should you want your room cleaned, and the linen changed, please book it with reception.
Are all the rooms orange inside?
One wall of the room is orange as is the bathroom door, the remainder of the room reflects neutral shades.
