Hi all.

I'm new to this forum and am doing extensive research into the history of SAS. One thing remains a mystery to me:

I have not been able to find any evidence of where the original headquarters were at the establishment in the late 40s and 50s.

I have read somewhere that it might have been in Bromma Airport Sthlm, but not a single photograph or anything of the like - or just confirmation.

Maybe someone on this forum can help?

Hope I posted this in the right place!

Kind regards

Troels

From the book "Fly over fly", written by Anders Buraas (1972):

(No date mentioned, but probably early August 1946).

In a hurry a two-story "pensjonat" (hotel?) was rented.
On the corner of "Kommandørsgatan and Brahegatan" in Stockholm.
Norlin and SAS moved in with sales dept, economy dept, and personell department.
The operations department in a "hut" by the entrance to Bromma airport.

When I get time, I will read further to see if the book mentions the next
location.

Thank you - and tak!
