To answer your question:
The Alpha version is about to begin (hopefully) in April. Therefore, 100 testers have been picked out who will test the game. Your (unofficial) contact person is Egenes who is also our Norwegian translator.
The game itself will be released in an open beta (access for everyone) once we consider the game to be "complete". So, there is no definite release date yet.

PS: The game will be available in Norwegian. If there are enough Norwegian players, we might even begin to provide a Norwegian support team. For the very beginning there will only be English and German support. French, Spanish and Turkish support are very likely to come next.
